www.blackexcel.org - The College help network for African American and other minority students.  Since it’s founding in 1988, BLACK EXCEL has helped young people and their parents all across the country to navigate the difficult college admission process.  We have tried to make the way easy and accessible.  As a result, we are happy to say that we have helped hundreds of African Americans get into college who might otherwise not have done so.

www.doi.gov - The American Indian College Fund raises money for 34 tribal colleges in USA and is a government site with links to Higher Education Scholarships through the Office of Indian Education Programs.  See also www.collegefund.org.

www.collegeanswer.com - A Sallie Mae site with thousands of private scholarships, grants, tuition waivers, internships and fellowships.

www.hsf.net - The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) is the nation's leading organization supporting Hispanic higher education.  HSF was founded in 1975 with a vision of strengthening the country by advancing college education among Hispanic Americans-the largest minority segment of the U.S. population.  In support of its mission to double the rate of Hispanics earning college degrees, HSF provides the Latino community with more college scholarships and educational outreach support than any other organization in the country.

www.mappingyourfuture.org - Lists some Web services used to provide information about scholarships.  Information is provided for a range of student populations, including middle school and high school through graduate school.  You will also find helpful scholarship tips.  This site was set up by a group of guarantee agencies and provides general college and career information.

www.uncf.org - United Negro College Fund (UNCF) is the nations’ largest, oldest, most successful and most comprehensive minority higher education assistance organization.

www.gkccf.org - Mission Statement "To improve the quality of life in Greater Kansas City by increasing charitable giving, connecting donors to community needs they care about, and providing leadership on critical community issues.”  You can search for financial assistance, including scholarships on their site.
